Blorf

I usually feed Ivy in the mornings, and today was no exception. I decided to debut my birthday outfit (NOT NUDITY, LOL) to Joey, who was out walking the dogs while I fed Ivy, to show off the smaller sizes and cute clothes.

So I make a bottle and notice that he got the cheaper soy Walgreens brand formula. I don’t care for it and I remember Ivy would spit it up more often than the Enfamil stuff. But eh, she has not been spitting up food in months, so I mix a bottle.

She leans back peacefully and drains 7oz in about 3 minutes. I sit her up and she’s laughing smiling playing, the whole nine yards. Then she coughs some (she and I have the same cough right now), and I’m thinking “wow, you have mommy’s deep meaty man-cough today.” Just as I’m about to make her giggle, she gives one loud cough and BLORF. About 4 ounces comes up and out, all over my new outfit and her pants. She looks at me like “what the heck just happened?” And then starts playing.

LOL.

I haven’t had baby spitup on me in probably 4 months. That soy stuff stinks. So, didn’t get to debut the outfit today. Anyhow, that struck me as kinda funny.
