I mocked-up some actual photos of me at my current weight to see what I would look like, with significant (like, 100#) weight loss. Not what my head looks like on Jillian’s body, or someone with a different body shape, but ME, myself and I. THIS is far better motivation than an idealized been-in-shape-for-decades type, and lets me know what I will look like.
It will take awhile, and surgery is pretty much a given, but I’ll FINALLY be where I am supposed to be, with a lot of hard work and determination. This is going to require frequent and early-morning trips to the gym for quality cardio and weights, probably also pilates or some other core-exercise type regiment, and a change in diet. It’s a lot to take on, but I’m worth it!
